Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition.
- If your patch arrived damaged or defective, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- Custom-made patches are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via the chat button or email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
